Down East Health Care, LLC provides services throughout Eastern North Carolina. Currently we have administrative offices in four counties; Beaufort, Halifax, Lenoir, Washington, and Craven Counties. Our main office is located in Beaufort County, at 124 South Market Street, Washington, NC; and we have offices located at 1124 Main Street, Scotland Neck, NC; 126 W. Lenoir Avenue, Kinston, NC; and 1255 Colony Drive, New Bern, NC. Down East Health Care, LLC is accredited through the Accreditation Commission for Health Care, and through the North Carolina Council of Community Programs.
